winkawa模拟器
选择第四个选项‘misc’然后再选择最回后一个选项，答再选择‘Chinese(Simp).lng’，确定就行了。
mame模拟器
选择第三个选项‘options’--最后一个‘language’---chese(simp)
就行了。、
如果你的不是中文版，就换一个中文版的吧

一般这个文件夹的名称是ROMS。但是你好像是把这个ROM（ZIP格式的）解压版了吧？不可以解压。就是保持***.ZIP（例如kof97.zip）格式放权在模拟器的ROMS目录里。如果已经解压改名过了，无从下手，可以运行模拟器，在模拟器游戏列表里找到该游戏的中文名称，看它对应的ROM信息，一般会有正确文件名。再不行就网上搜索中文名称吧，一定能找到的。

如果公司在中国有代理商的话会有官方译名 不过这绝不是游戏名的全部 很多游戏都是游戏杂志翻译的 也有一部分是玩家根据自己的喜好翻译 翻译得好大家也就默认了
